Addison's candid photo shoot...

Today while my mom was watching Addison she took some candids of her playing. She is trying so hard to crawl and does this new pike move (hopefully I can get a picture of it before she stops doing it!) I LOVE how these turned out! My mom truly is such an amazing photographer!

6 months.... a little late

I can't believe Addison is 6 months! It's crazy how fast time flies! She had her 6 month appointment last Tuesday and here is where she is at:

Weight: 15 pounds 14 ounces -44th percentile

Height: 25 1/2 inches- 36th percentile

Head: 25th percentile

She is such a busy body and never wants to hold still! She is starting to learn how to do so many new things and it's so fun to watch how excited she gets after she accomplishes something new. Some of things Addison loves and can now do are:

*has really discovered her voice and now is always babbling and saying mama/mumu and has said dada a few times (I'm sure she doesn't know what it means but it just melts my heart when she looks at me and says it)

*is rolling like crazy

*has developed quite the set of lungs and has a new scream where it really hurts your ears (luckily it doesn't happen too often!)

*has started to get up on her hands and knees and rocks back and forth

*pushes herself backwards and gets all over the place like that!

*LOVES playing and splashing in water which makes bath time so much fun!

*loves to grab your face and give you kisses

*loves playing with Bella and now is laughing at her

*loves playing patty cake (every time we start clapping she gets so... excited)

*has started to clap

*started eating puffs and is getting really good at grabbing them all by herself

*loves that she is finally big enough to face forward in her stroller without her carseat (she thinks she is such a big girl now!)

I know I have said this before but I really can't imagine my life without her! She keeps me very busy but I wouldn't have it any other way! Here are some pictures from the past month.

Yes, this is blue licorice. I left to go run a couple errands and my mom and little brother Parker gave Addison a piece of licorice to suck on. She LOVED it! I am so glad my mom got a picture. I love the look on her face! It's priceless!

Parkers back!!!!

My little brother Parker returned a little over a month ago after serving a mission in Tulsa Oklahoma. It has been so much fun having him home and Addison absolutely LOVES him! It's crazy to think I got married and had a baby while he was gone!

1st time swimming!!!

Today Addison and I went out to Daybreak to go swimming with Megan and Tessa. It was her first time at the pool and she LOVED it! It's so fun that Addison has a cousin who is only 3 months older. They always have such a great time together! I'm sad I didn't get any pictures of her in the pool, but at least we got some of them right after!

Going...going...gone...

Tonight when Brando was feeding Addison she fell asleep! I'm glad he was able to get pictures! I think these are so funny because you can tell how hard she was trying to stay awake. She was determined to finish her food, but as soon as she did she was out!

5 months...

I can't believe Addison is 5 months! She has quite the personality and keeps me very busy! She is the the happiest little girl. Some of Addison's things she likes and can do at 5 months are...
*rolls over
*has started sitting on her own
*loves drinking water through the end of a straw
*loves drinking out of her sippy cup
*loves: peaches, prunes, sweet potatoes, pears & squash. HATES bananas & applesauce!
*LOVES dogs especially Bella
*has started sleeping through the night and officially has a bedtime!
*loves watching and playing with little kids
*loves playing in her saucer
*sucks on my cheek every morning when I get her out of bed
*laughs when she sees or thinks something is funny
*loves to scream (happy not mad) especially in church!
*loves going on walks
*LOVES taking her nightly baths
*loves to chew and suck anything she can get her hands on!
*HATES taking naps!!!
She is such a busy little girl! I love always having my little sidekick with me and don't know what I would do without her! I am so lucky to be her mom! Here are just a few pictures from the past month.

4 months...

I can't believe Addison is 4 months today! It's crazy how fast time goes. We had her 4 month check up on Tuesday and her is where she is at:
Weight: 13 pounds 9 ounces- 61st percentile
Height: 25 inches- 67th percentile
Head: 25th percentile
We started giving her rice cereal and she LOVED it!!! It was quite the mess and I learned very quick never to feed her again in clothes! She kept grabbing the spoon and wanted to hold it all by herself. It's so exciting to see Addison learn how to do new things but at the same time it's sad to see her grow so fast! I wish she could stay little forever!

St. George

We went to St. George this past weekend to spend Easter with Brando's family. It was so nice to finally be in warm weather! Addison LOVED all the attention she got! I don't think she was ever not being held or played with.

Ashlee made Addison this cute skirt. I didn't get any great pictures so this was probably the best one I got where you can see the whole skirt. Thanks again Ash I LOVE all her new skirts!!!

Easter
